Soo tired..

Jul 7 2010

We just arrived in Atlanta! It's almost 2 o'clock in the morning, and we are all exhausted. We've had a very busy day.
A couple of the kids who were really close on the projects had a half day of climbing today, while the rest of us slept in. Amy sent her project today, Ro Sham Po, a 12a. She's been working really hard on that route, and we are all very proud of her for sending. There's nothing like the last minute send. Meanwhile back at camp, we began packing up. It went very smoothly, and we were able to get on the road for a solid five minutes before pulling over at Miguel's for one last pizza. That took a little longer than expected, but was totally worth it. Even though, due to a spastic checkmark error, my pizza had onions and garlic on it; not a good combo if you are concerned about your breath. COACH KYLE IS AWESOME! (He told me to say that. Either that or I have typing Tourrette's.) After pizza was out of the way, we drove for a whole 45 minutes before stopping again, to stock up on Ale-8. There is no Ale-8 outside of Kentucky, and we are all horribly addicted, so we pretty much all had no choice but to buy twelve packs. I have no idea where we're fitting it all, but I do know that Kyle's stash alone is taking up an entire cooler. He has over 100 cans and bottles of Ale-8 in that cooler. Let's see how long that lasts.
After stocking up on our drug of choice, the drive went very well. We made good time, andluckily did not get stuck in traffic again. We're all sitting in the hotel room right now, flipping through random TV shows. I think it's time to go to bed!
